We are equipped with the most advanced sheet production lines of four-layer Three Stations large sheet 10 sets and four-layer Double Stations large sheet 20 sets, the pressure of which reaches 12000 t/m2 , the highest in domestic, also has CNC and variety of processing equipment. Furthermore, there are 120 lines of patented screw extrusion & 50 lines of plunger extrusion. Our sheet size is 1220*3048*(8~120mm) & 1415*2020*(2~30mm), the mirror polished surface only can be done by us in China. The thickness tolerance of sheets can reach ±0.3mm, also the minimum in China. More ever, we can even reach ±0.2 mm after dedicated equipment.

The technology of molding extrusion can offer different size Rod (Φ15—Φ200mm) and some products like wear strip, flat chain guide strip, conveyor china guides for packaging equipment. We can make various colors based on customer requirements.

Now our yearly output of sheet reach 8000 tons, rods 1000 tons, and variety of profiles 1000 tons.
